ABOUT THE PATHFINDER RECOVERY PROGRAM

The Pathfinder Recovery Program includes:

1. A 12-month graduated, faith-based recovery program.

The 12-month program is divided into four graduated phases: Pioneer Phase, Pathfinder Phase, Navigator Phase, and Guide Phase. As a person progresses through the program they earn increased privileges and responsibilities. All residents are required to attend faith-based events but are not required to make a profession of faith or actively participate.

2. Supportive Community and Environment

The Pathfinder Recovery Program is based at our Frankfort location which is designed to promote a comfortable, sobriety-focused environment and community. Building a team with and around people in recovery is one of the core objectives of the Pathfinder Recovery Program.

3. Therapy and Case Management

Each resident will participate in individual, group, and/or family therapy. Therapists, Case Managers, Mentors, and Peer Recovery Coaches will assist the resident in addressing emotional and spiritual needs as well as setting and achieving individual goals (i.e., sobriety, employment, education, future planning). Treatment teams will also be responsible for monitoring and documenting the resident’s progress.

4. Job placement.

ONE80 partners with local community organizations to offer residents employment and education opportunities based on the individual, long-term goals of each resident. These include employment with approved organizations who provide personal and financial accountability during work hours, education opportunities with local college satellite campuses or online education, and individual apprenticeship opportunities with local volunteers.

5. Peer Recovery Coaching

Residents will meet with a Peer Recovery Coach who will serve as an additional layer of accountability and support. This trusted relationship will provide accountability and motivation for maintaining a sober lifestyle.

6. Financial Literacy Training

Financial management is a critical part of healthy living and relapse prevention. All residents are required to complete financial literacy training. Residents will receive training in budgeting, debt elimination, and investment strategy. Residents will graduate with a financial plan that will assist in their new life.

7. Relationship Building

Addiction breaks down relationships. ONE80 desires that family relationships should be restored when possible. Every graduate should have learned the basics of building and maintaining healthy relationships.

ABOUT THE LOGO

The logo was professionally designed with symbolic significance. The ONE points to Jesus Christ who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

The arrow begins with broken lines indicating the place we have all been when our lives were directed and controlled by our sinful habits. The line becomes solid as our lives are placed in Christ and turned in the right direction.
